Shipping & Return Policy
We allow for most items to be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Most of our wallets are custom items. In instances of a significant design flaw, clasp malfunction or design integrity compromise, we will accept the item for exchange with a similar or exact item. Wallets with design cannot be returned for refund.
Buyer must pay the return shipping unless return is for an exchange for defect. Item must be returned to us prior to exchange shipping out. We are happy to send postage paid exchange boxes at the customers expense.
Refunds are via original payment method within 7 days of return receipt. Actual posting of your refund depends entirely on your bank, so please verify policies with them. Once we process the refund, we are no longer the point of communication on that.
It is highly advised you use UPS or USPS with postal tracking service or another method of shipping that provides proof of delivery. If the package return is lost and you do not use tracking, we cannot assist in the exchange or in finding that missing package.
ALL custom orders, that is any order you have had a custom logo which is specific to your chapter of your house, are not returnable.

Shipping is always done via UPS with tracking information and insurance. Handling is generally less then 7 days unless it is a large custom order in which a specific handling time is emailed to you within 3 days of placing said order. Processing times from May 20th to June 15th can be closer to 10 days.
We are only closed for shipping on Sundays, New Years Eve and Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We ship everyday the rest of the year.
